"This is a great place to stay in downtown. The staff was super helpful and many bars and restaurants were in walking distance. Price of the room was reasonable, and the bar (2 drinks) and breakfast vouchers made it an even better value. Parking was a little tight but it was free. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return."

"The Montvale was very pleasant! The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was helpful, and everything needed to be comfortable was provided. The complimentary breakfast at a nearby diner was a nice touch. "

I know it is out of their control, but the unhoused people in the neighborhood (The 7-11 across the street) is not safe. I counted 25 people doing various things, with a lot of taking or exchange of drugs. When I went down the stairs to the car on the La Quinta property there was human feces. The hotel was fine, but I would not stay there again because of the neighborhood. I was concerned that my care might have been broken into with all this goings on."
