Thoughtful host

Well stocked and lots of care put into making the older farmhouse “new”. Great outdoor space and the host really wants you to enjoy your stay. Super attentive. Right across from Linfield, which is a beautiful morning walk. A bit of a further walk to downtown. I didn’t realize it when booking but all the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs so steeper creaky stairs were an issue during the night for our folks. Good value stay.

Overall the place is nice- very nice host and very clean. That said- it was on a busy road. Only one bathroom downstairs was not enough for our family especially with all the bedrooms upstairs.

Great communication with host! The location is next to a Seven Eleven which surprised us a little, but overall no complaints. They've done a good job fencing in the property and the outside area was great for small kids to run around in. And the apples to pick were a neat surprise!

Farmhouse was in a perfect location, close to Linfield and the kids walked to and from their dorms easily. The AC was already on and the house was cooled down which was very appreciated since we were in triple digits. Home was spacious to host a dinner for my daughter and her friends and the kitchen was perfect for making large homecooked meals. There were enough pots and pans. Spacious area for a gathering and the backyard was great to sit around the fire-pit, talking story while the kids played cornhole. Kids walked next door to 7-11 for ice cream and snacks. Close drive to Walmart and grocery stores.The beds were comfortable for four adults and two kids - everyone had their own space with three bedrooms. Host was very accommodating for early check-in to drop off luggage although we didn't get into town until 5pm.Wished we stayed longer; will definitely be back! This is our favorite property in McMinville so far - home away from home.
