"Overall it was good; however, not getting daily housekeeping is awful. Hotels.com needs to post current housekeeping policies. Covid restrictions s over. There’s no excuse to not provide daily housekeeping unless you just want to become a second-rate hotel. The front desk employee was very nice and gladly gave us extra towels due to the lack of housekeeping services. "

"Check-In was super easy. Ice Machine was broken but they did offer ice at the desk. The room was a bit messy when we got there, not thoroughly cleaned in the kitchenette area. We asked for extra pillows but they were out of pillows. However, the staff is extra friendly. Parking was also easy."

"I checked out and left a backpack containing my work laptop. An hour later the hotel called and told me that I left a bag behind. I was sure that I didn't but I was wrong. Fortunately I was only a few miles away and was able to return and get my forgotten bag. "

"My stay was unreal. My bridesmaids and I booked this hotel the night before my wedding so we could be closer to the venue. When we checked in, the front desk was so nice and personable that we ended telling them that it was the night before my wedding and her manager was nice enough to upgrade us to a bigger suite for the special occasion! It made our stay that much more special!! Thank you again to the very kind staff members :) "
