"This was unfortunately one of the worst experiences. I should have did better research on this place. I did book this place by mistake. however, we decided to try it anyway. Everything posted online was very misleading. The room we got smelled so bad as if there was water damage. Who ever stood there last you can smell they were smokers. This place is outdated and needs to be better maintained. We felt very uneasy there. I have to for credit to the manager for at lease hearing me out and doing the right thing by giving us our money back. So thank you for being kind and understanding. That being said I will never stay at that place or any place like that again. The place has great potential just needs to do some major upgrades. Carpet smelled, bed smelled. The couch I felt I was going to catch something from sitting on it. I hate to be negative but that was our experience. I hope the top reads this and does some better managing. Help your employees and set a better standard."

"Welcoming and clean, quiet, spacious. Good communication. Short on plates and forks. Bunk bed was squeaky, and futon needed a padded cover or something. The blow up chairs in entertainment room weren’t really usable but the ping pong table was a bonus. The “exercise” room was just an stationary bike in a hallway."

"The location was great. The house could have been cleaner and offered more such as pans, utensils and dish towels in the kitchen as well as blankets for the beds. There were only 3 of us and only 1 extra blanket for the 4 beds and 2 pans to cook with. There's no way 8 people could have stayed here comfortably. Also don't forget anything because this place won't have it. The beds were pretty comfortable and the appliances were brand new. There are no hangers in the closets either. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror and a bit bigger mirrors in the bathroom. The mirror hit my 6foot son about chest height. The main thing was the ants that need to be addressed.It would have helped to have Netflix or something available on the TV for some down time as well.Extension cords would have been appreciated since the plugs are in weird spots. Overall this place was better than a hotel for the money."

"We had a great stay! Donovan was very communicative and accommodating. It’s a great house in a good location. Very walkable. "

"Spacious, very quiet, comfortable bedding, nice kitchen. Although it's on one of this small town's busier roads, there was no road noise. No neighbors and it's nice to be on the top floor. There were a few things we missed, like bedside lamps and curtains on more of the windows for a sunny day, but overall it was a great place to stay."

"This house met all of our expectations and beyond!! There were 22 of us and we barely ran into each other. The house is huge and very unique. It was kind of a maze and the kids had a blast! It had everything we needed. Loved every minute of it. Our only issue was, we didn't stay longer. Will book this again for sure!!! 100 stars"

"Lovely home with plenty of space for all of us. There were some minor repairs needed at the time we stayed (a floppy shower head, toilet seats askew, fireplace not working) but I imagine they will have been taken care of. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and only a few minutes drive from tons of restaurants and shopping. "
