Located just 1.5 miles from Massanutten Resort, you'll have easy access to year-round activities, including skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, golfing, hiking, mountain biking, the Indoor WaterPark, Family Adventure Park, restaurants, and more.



After a day of exploring, come home to relax in the private hot tub, fire up the gas grill, or enjoy dinner on the spacious multi-level deck surrounded by peaceful woodland views.

• Base rate includes 4 guests. (Additional guests are $30 per person, per night.)

• Pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs, 30-pound weight limit, $120 pet fee per pet. Sorry, no cats. (Please keep pets off the furniture.)

• No fire pit or outdoor fires are permitted in this section of Massanutten. ( We do have a propane fire pit available)

• No smoking inside

• No parties or events

• Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway only.

• A separate security deposit is required for this property.

• Parking includes a 2-car garage and driveway space for 3 additional vehicles.
