"Terrible customer service to a senior citizen needing HELP. "

"Booked in error I tried to book here but it said to busy tonight try later the room you selected SOLD OUT before we booked it. I went to the next hotel, booked on same line and they had our requested accommodations. They won’t return my money even though they couldn’t supply. I wrote them 7 I never got one live person to talk to. Whats is sooooo frustrating is the hotel not answering my 4 calls. Management of this establishment missed the mark drastically. I held one time for 47 minutes and the call mysteriously dropped to add to the frustration. "

"Staff was wonderful very welcoming. Can’t ask for anything better. The condition of the property is a little rough my opinion the other TRU’s I have stayed in or either newer or just in a little bit better condition. Still enjoyed my stay.."

"Our room was infested with spiders pubic hair on night stand along with what looked like ketchup on the alarm clock and the phone was filthy. The table in the room had rings on it and there were a bunch of spiderwebs in the room. The night clerk Susie and the Manager handle the situation and professionalism and were very pleasant. We were moved to a different room and comp our room waiting for Expedia to credit us The next day we went to the pool it was cloudy almost murky and was not heated very cold for indoor pool. You could tell it was not treated in some time sorry but this was a horrible nights stay "

"The room smells strange, although seems clean. The breakfast - we came at 8:30, knowing it is until 9 am, and there was nothing left. I got coffee but it is awful and i didn't finish it. Plenty of parking, and located conveniently near the highway."

"Wish they had let us know when we booked that hotel was under renovation and many things were not open (pool, spa, etc). Breakfast was over very early for a Friday morning. Hotel will be nice once it’s done. Price should have been discounted due to renovations."

"The place was clean I didn’t stay for breakfast I’m an early riser…. The room furnace was loud and rattled but overall I’d stay again I was just traveling on my own.. my wife wouldn’t have been happy. But overall it was quit and clean and seemed like a safe place."
