The price and location were both excellent. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Two minutes after checking in, I told them we needed another room because it was stuffy and the A/C didn’t work. He did move us, but it turned out it was operator error—the temperature was controlled using a wall thermostat and I was trying to work it using the A/C unit. Will definitely stay there again.

Very clean property all around. Front desk Peter was extremely friendly and helpful. No housekeeping or towel & washcloth replacements unless you request it before noon but very much on time when asked for. Nice quick tasty breakfast included. Ideally placed hotel for getting to any entertainment or food. Thanks again Peter for your kindness during our stay. We will visit again.

The room was large and clean. Comfortable bed. Parking was easy and close to the building. Easy highway accessibility. Good breakfast. The only complaint is the room door was difficult to open from outside. Keycard worked but you had to maneuver the handle to get in. Sometimes it took 3-4 tries.

The hotel itself is dated; however, the staff was pleasant, the room was clean, it was quiet and they were very welcoming to my small dog. When I asked a question to the staff, it was addressed quickly. I would stay here again. Another bonus is that their parking lot backs up to the parking lot for Cracker Barrel with some tall trees in between to give it some privacy, but it was so convenient. You could just walk through the trees to get to something to eat without having to drive if that's what you wanted.

The staff and buffet was excellent. The pool area could use some work. The towels they provide are little bigger than a hand towel and very thin. The loungers are moldy and the pools quite algae stained. It would not be that difficult to lift the cushions and pillows at night so they can dry correctly.
