Horrible stay

We have booked for 2 rooms, 1 room there was no hot water at all. Hair dryer was there but jot working. Room key had never worked, even after they changed it. The other room had hot water but no hair dryer at all. This hotel does not deserve the value.

I knew by the price i might have some issues, really only BAD part was no hot water in the shower, sink had hot water but not shower. I told clerk out check out but not sure if he understood me and just smiled. Note to self to always check for hot water in shower when I check in!!!
