"Ricky and Angel at the front desk were so helpful and kind. The BEST! As were the maintenance staff and housekeepers. Unfortunately, upon checkout we were presented with a room charge that did not belong to us. The young lady working the desk was unable to help, the manager was not in, and she wasn’t authorized. Five days later the manager is “still looking into it.” Other than that mishap, a nice stay. "

"The pictures of this hotel looked great. The entrance was nice. The outside of the building was outdated and needs maintenance. Our room smelled musty/mold and our carpet was wet. Older model room a/c units were in our room and The humidity in the room and the hotel was very high. I was afraid we would be sick because of the smell. It was a 1 night stay and we arrived after 9 pm. We stayed because we were exhausted but would not stay again. "
