"Everything was off. I booked online but when I got there there was no room reserved for me. They improvised a smaller room than what I had paid for without any remorse. The front desk didn't even try to hide it that they hadn't booked a room for me. The room had a stench from the shower drainage system, and another guest at my arrival was complaining of the same. "Room is clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Though the description says the room I booked had a view of the lake. There is no lake in the vicinity, there’s a building. The restaurant however was my issue, I was billed differently despite the menu showing a different price then was forced to pay because only the director could fix the issue. Not happy"
