The front desk didn't even try to hide it that they hadn't booked a room for me. The room had a stench from the shower drainage system, and another guest at my arrival was complaining of the same. "The staff were so accommodative and bent over backwards to cater to our needs. The location is stunning and so are the grounds. The set up of the rooms means that there’s barely any light that infiltrates and so during the day you may need to switch on a light to find your way. "

"This property is located up a steep rocky/dirt road. Once you get there, the view of Homa Bay is wonderful! We were disappointed that in their listing it stated that they had Wi-Fi all over the property. In reality, there wasn't Wi-Fi anywhere. As it turned out there really wasn't Wi-Fi anywhere in Homa Bay. Our room was quite noisy as the outdoor kitchen was below our window. There was banging and activity going on day and night. Despite all of this, the staff was wonderful! They were helpful...
