"This is a new property that is not completed in terms of services, property management, room furnishing completion and following through with commitments.
They need to discount their rate as there are lots of alternative properties in Mazunte that give you what they promise for what they are charging (we were paying full price). We were constantly asking for things - more towels, a chair for the room, a place to hang items, get this - a mirror for the bathroom??? and yet after I spoke with the...
