"Awful. Mold on the bathroom ceilings, bugs crawling up the walls. Place was in horrible condition. Stayed one night and checked out. Was supposed to stay two, but was told that it would be no issue to get a refund on the second night, but that didn’t happen either. However, I will say the ladies that were working and checked us in were wonderful!! Very pleasant and great attitudes!!"

"The room had a terrible smell, as soon as you opened the door it hit your nose. And made it very hard to breathe. Because of that it was not possible to be comfortable at all. The refrigerator in our room was leaking and not staying cool, and also had a funny smell coming from it as well. There were also no vending machines on our floor as the signage showed there to be. Also, there was just something about the hotel that made it seem uninviting. Definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here and will not be coming back myself."

"Breakfast was really good and staff friendly. Parking good and several spots to park. Pool was not open and would have been nice to just sit outside. Only issue was the floor above us (RM107) we could hear a dog running back and forth on floor and early this morning around 6:30am the dog started barking while we were trying to sleep. "

"First room i had there was five separate leaks coming from the ceiling so moved rooms. The second room i moved into was filled with bugs crawling all over the place, mainly the bathtub"

"Very nice and clean house. It was a quiet and peaceful place. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a wonderful property with a beautiful view of Lake Fort Gibson. The owner has been careful to address the needs of his visitors. The kitchen has everything you’ll need and there’s plenty of paper products throughout the house. When sitting on the deck, you’re under a canopy of tall trees with lots of birds. The beds are very comfortable with lots of high quality pillows. There’s a nice game room in the basement and the area was very quiet the days we were there. I’m hoping to have a chance to return for another visit!"

"Dryer in laundry was not working and has not been working for awhile. Took 4 hours to get 1 load of laundry done. House keeping walked in without knocking. It was very scary!"
