Located in a very convenient area, about a 5 min walk to the beach. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and very friendly. Lots of dining options within a walking distance and transport is available everywhere. We stayed during the eclipse days and even though it was busy, we received great service and had a very pleasant stay! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel near the water.

Property is an older building. The city of Mazatlan is noisy and you could hear it all night in the room. The room was clean. Most of the staff made the stay pleasant. The night receptionist was very short tempered and not pleasant at all.

Second visit here. Better room this time. The pool is nice and clean if warm from the ambient temperature, can't be helped. Lots of restaurants around, close to the beach.

I booked nine nights at the hotel and only used one night and they don't want to return my money. When I left the hotel I told the lady that I needed a voucher that said that I only used one night and she said that everything was in the system

3rd floor swimming pool was amazing and staff very helpful. Location is good and budget friendly price. Only problem we had was that the hotel didnt have drinkable water.

The one thing they didn’t have in the room we were at was an iron and when we asked for one they brought us 2 that didn’t work but the third one was the charm. Another thing that didn’t affect me but I saw was an issue was that on the description of the amenities it said the staff was bilingual and no one spoke or understood English and there were a lot of American tourists there, I had to translate a couple of times.
