This condo offers great views of the Marina and beautiful sunsets from the large pool deck, located on beautiful Cerritos Beach in a quiet, safe, and peaceful neighborhood for walking or running, but minutes from downtown! The condo has been beautifully renovated with tile floors throughout, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. One bedroom with King size bed, with balcony. Condo amenities include private washer and dryer, heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, and large lounging deck with direct beach access. This is a little piece of heaven in Mazatlán!
