The owner has equipped unit with new furnishing and kitchen is fully stocked. Master bedroom includes king with ensuite bathroom, walk in closet with a walk out to deck. Second bedroom sleeps a queen bed & sofa bed with large second deck. Other amenities include W/D, A.C., Wi-fi.
The building amenities include heated pool, gym (for long term tenants), secure gated parking, beach across the street, walking path on the Marina in a hideaway inlet. Well cared for and excellent employees.
Surrounding area is the North End of Mazatlan, with a mix of high rise apartments, commercial and Marina. Area filled Canadian and American snowbirds in the winter months. Activities include long walks on beaches and a 10 km bike path. Access to other areas is simple on the Green Bus for 15 pesos.
