El condominio se encuentra en una de las áreas más nuevas de Mazatlán muy cerca de restaurantes y bares nuevas. Esta cruzando la calle de una accesso público a la playa. Y tiene un oxxo pie de el edificio
El estacionamiento es privado para los huéspedes de el edificio pero dificil de navegar. Y Moverse en auto, uber, didi o taxi es muy sencillo
El estacionamiento es difícil de navegar, pero se puede. Y hay varias construcciones alrededor y por toda la ciudad
