First time in Mazatlan

At arrival we were detained we paid for early check in showed our receipt but wasnt good enough for them ,then we were stuck in the lobby for 4hrs waiting to be let in . The bathrooms smelled like a sewer no water to drink on arrival. Had to buy batteries for all remotes in order to use them .i had to but cleaning products because the apartment was N of apartment. Barely and detergent left to clean clothes or towels because we had to use towels to clean the bathrooms after every shower ,bought clorox to pour in toilet and shower to eleviate the horrible stench had to fix the beds every night because if you sit wrong the boards holding the mattress would move and bed would sink. For the cost it definitely wasn't worth staying here at all. Wasnt warned that loud music would play until 3am just an overall terrible experience.
