"Horrible visit! The rooms were so dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened it. The sheets were dirty and had so many stains, so we had them changed but there was still many stains on the new ones. The WIFI didn't work in the rooms at all for the whole visit because of "service" that we were not informed about before. My worst hotel experience ever and I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy!"

"My friend and me stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night after our Rinjani climb. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with the concierge manned by polite staff who speaks decent English. "We had a wonderful stay at Qunci Villas. We were upgraded from a sea view room to room 23, which had fantastic views. Food was fabulous, spa treatments very good.
Due to travel problems we had to stay an extra night in another room in the garden area and at the far side of the resort. The room was lovely, but the noise from the local mosque was quite intrusive, especially at 5.10am! Earplugs were offered and of course local customs have to be respected, but if we had booked 4 nights in that room we would have been most disappointed.
Overall, beautiful resort, excellent staff, lovely gardens and artwork, but choose your room carefully."
"Lovely huge rooms. Outdoor bathroom was really great and authentic. Had lovely hot shower water every day no matter what time we took showers. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were so kind. We got our laundry done overnight which was super helpful given we were travelling for a month in Lombok. Would definitely recommend a stay. The pool was amazing and a really decent length. "
