Seaside Cozy Wellfleeter Cottage on Mayo Beach with 400 feet of private beach

  • Cozy 2 BR, 1 BA cottage located on Mayo Beach. Cottage is part of the desirable Wellfleeter Condominium Complex located at the end of Mayo Beach. This quaint cottage has a kitchen/dining area, a living room, two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bathroom features a stand-up shower. Amenities in this rental include: Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels (both bath and beach), flat screen TV's with DVD player and Wireless Internet Service. There are 20 cottages located on the Wellfleeter property. There is a staircase on the Wellfleeter property which leads down to a 400-foot private beach area. The cottage is walking distance to the following is about 10 - 15 minutes: center of town, public tennis courts, community playground, local restaurants, live theater and all activities that the Wellfleet Harbor has to offer. It is a 10 min. car ride to Wellfleet's freshwater ponds and spectacular ocean side beaches. This is a non-smoking cottage, unfortunately, as much as I love animals, pets are not allowed.
