"The air conditioning didn't work first night but worked the next day. That was out only issue. Honestly so nice to stay in some place more unique and smaller. Great charm. Don't change anything! "
"This is not a hotel option to pass on. The hotel is close to transit so getting to downtown and to a Cubs game is easy to do. There are alsom many dining and options and small uniqure shops along Clark and Broadway."
"The property was located in a nice neighborhood just outside of the hustle and bustle of Chicago. We were not able to locate a washer and dryer but other than that, all amenities were as described. Communication with the property manager was top tier! He was super responsive and friendly. This is a basement unit and our upstairs neighbors did not observe the quiet hours, so just know you may hear some noise from upstairs. Property is safe, convenient to downtown and Wrigley field, and we would definitely stay here should we decide to visit the area again. "
