This newly built home is located on a fairly large, quiet cove and comes equipped with modern amenities, a hot tub, and private access to a boat dock. The boat dock is approximately 20 x 30 with a single covered slip, multiple places to tie up your boat and an open area with chairs.

There are 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks available on the property for use (Guests will need to bring their own life jackets). If you want to bring your boat, there is a nice concrete public boat ramp about a 10-mile drive from the house where you can put your boat in the water. Can't bring your boat with you? Nearby, Beach Island Marina and Cedar Grove Marinas offer pontoon and ski boat rentals.

During the day, you'll have unfettered access to Norris Lake, the cleanest lake in East Tennessee. The dock sits in a cove that is quiet, undisturbed, and perfect for swimming and other types of water activities.

After a long day on the water, there is nothing more inviting than coming into a comfortable home and kicking up your feet.
