"Our stay at the Lodge was a lovely experience. We went to get away from the noise of fireworks and it was perfect. The hot tub was great after a long day and staff was friendly and helpful. The stairs to the 3rd floor were rough on the knees but overall our stay was nice. The weather was perfect and cool, it was great to get away from the heat of the desert. We will be back!"

"The property really is a quiet place, true to its name. The host was very communicative and paid great attention to make the place warm for us. Would definitely book again in the future. Just a heads up, the property is up a pretty decent unpaved grade. Although I was able to make it up in an accord hybrid, all wheel drive and decent ground clearance will make things more comfortable."

"Great place. Loved the layout especially for traveling with 2 small dogs. In closed deck made a safe place to let the dogs off leash and you could stand on the deck to let the dogs down the stairs to pee on a long leash.Aaron was great to communicate with you instantly felt comfortable that it was going to be a nice place to stay."

"I have to start out with this review by saying that we were very impressed with Andie who saved the day. Her service was stellar and she went way above and beyond in any way that we needed her. I have mixed feelings about the actual bed and breakfast. The decor was cozy and quaint matching the older building. It was a short walk to town. To start each day, Andie cooked delicious breakfasts. We booked the bed and breakfast for three nights. Our room, however, did not look anything like the picture. I was expecting a bigger room. After a long day. We were crawling into bed and found the sheets full of hair and dirt. I called Andie who was very apologetic. At 10pm, she came over and changed them. The fan was loud and was tittering so we did not dare use it that night. There was no place to put things. It would have been nice to have counter space. The next morning Andie moved us into a nicer room which we appreciated. Andy also talked to the owner about giving us a partial refund. We never did get a partial refund. Nor did we ever hear from the owner who has apparently owned the place for 20 years. Not hearing from her was disappointing. With all of that being said, we had a wonderful time in Cloudcroft."

"Very pet friendly! Great place to see deer and elk grazing nearby. Lots of trails. Very quiet and cozy cabin. Everything was well maintained and clean. Enjoyed the snacks and the host checked to make sure all was well. Would definitely go back there."

"There was a bathroom in each room. Porch was awesome.kitchen facility worked fine. Plenty of hot water. Things for the the kids to do. Seemed remote, but was not. Bring your own tioletry items, none are available.the house was clean."

"We had an excellent stay .. we were in town for a wedding and the place was large and hospitable as well as backing up to forest for easy hiking etc … we had a minor issue with tv that we alerted management to , and they fixed for future guests ( good communications from them)"
