"The Moxie Hotel delivered a genuinely enjoyable stay overall. The staff was warm and attentive from the moment I arrived, and the property was clean and well-maintained throughout. Those things do not go unnoticed, and I appreciated the effort. That said, I have to be honest about the one thing that matters most in a hotel: the bed. For $160 a night, I expected a restful night of sleep, and unfortunately, that was not the case. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable and fell well below what you would expect at that price point. A hotel's primary purpose is to give guests proper rest, and an investment in quality mattresses, memory foam options, or better pillow selections would go a long way toward making this place truly stand out. I would consider returning if the sleep situation improves, because everything else was genuinely great."
