This exclusive and detached chalet is located at the edge of the village in sunny Lungau. The cosy living room has an open fireplace for cosy winter evenings. Enjoy an exciting or romantic film in your own home cinema, a TV room with cinema seats. Feel like doing nothing at all? Then relax in your own wellness area with sauna. There is an indoor garage with ski storage and ski boot warmer. From the balcony or terrace you can enjoy beautiful views over the mountains and the picturesque village
Mauterndorf is a cosy winter sports village with a historic village centre. Here, you can still get your bread from the bakery, the butcher offers a variety of regional specialities and the employees of restaurants still wear typical Austrian costumes. In Mauterndorf, every winter sportsman feels at home. Après-ski here takes place in a handful of bars.

Enjoy the quiet side valleys here in summer, walks where you can completely unwind and Alpine huts with home-made products. There are excellently marked mountain bike trails from light to heavy. Golfers play a round of golf here along the River Mur
