In this high-quality apartment in the SKI & NATURE complex, you can start your day with breathtaking views of the mountains and the town of Mauterndorf. This attractive and stylish building offers couples and families an unforgettable vacation in close proximity to the center of Mauterndorf (just a 200-meter walk).

The Mauterndorf/St. Michael ski area is in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski bus stops right outside the door and also takes you to other fantastic winter sports areas, such as the snow-sure Obertauern. Romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides and tobogganing are also part of your vacation experience in Mauterndorf! This region also has plenty to offer in summer: hiking, mountain biking, swimming, and many other activities await you.

The apartment on the first floor has two balconies. The building is equipped with an elevator and a ski storage room with boot warmers. Parking is available. Enjoy stylish evenings with a snack and a drink on one of the balconies.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, geräumig und fast neu. Das hätte sicher zu 5 Sternen und einem fantastischen Bewertungsergebnis geführt, aber die Ankunft war sehr schlecht: keine Anweisungen, wie man den Schlüssel bekommt, beide Kontaktnummern antworteten nicht und wann konnte ich endlich mit Hilfe der Reinigungskräfte die Wohnung betreten? Zum Glück waren in diesem Moment keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden, obwohl diese vorhanden sein sollten. In der Zwischenzeit sind die Reinigungskräfte abgereist und erneut haben beide Telefonnummern nicht geantwortet. Am nächsten Tag erreichten unsere Nachrichten irgendwie jemanden, als die Reinigungskräfte Bettwäsche und Handtücher brachten. Die Bettlaken passten nicht zur Bettgröße: Einzelmatratze vs. Boxspring-Topper und auch die klappbare Schlafcouch hatte kein passendes Bettlaken und war an den Scharnieren sehr hart (man konnte nicht bequem darauf liegen). Das war eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Das alles war sehr enttäuschend, vor allem weil es keine Möglichkeit gab, mit dem Eigentümer/der Kontaktperson in Kontakt zu treten, da weder auf Anrufe noch auf Nachrichten geantwortet wurde. Wirklich schade, denn die Wohnung selbst und auch die Lage sind fantastisch!
