We are 14 very different people, but everybody enjoyed the vacation at your house and at the village and the location arround. We were climbing, hiking, biking, sightseeing.
Location excellent, very close to centre of beautiful Provençal village. Large, well equipped, house with extensive grounds and large pool. Agent said there were 2 parking places but there were 5/6. Description did not make bathroom arrangements upstairs clear as it was not quite as described. They were not as separate as expected with interconnecting/linked rooms. Did not matter for families with young children but would be less satifactory for group of adults. There were no manuals for the equipment but not to hard to work out. However, the plancha needed a small button under gas regulator to be pressed - thank you Google. There were no pool towels. The swimming pool had sharp edges where the tiles were jointed, particularly at the steps and the cover aperture which caused a couple of cuts to little fingers. An electrical problem one day was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the agent.
Great property in a delightful village and location. Facilities excellent. Large pool and double rooms were very spacious. Although dogs are welcome there was no signs that any dogs had stayed prior to our visit. There were some dishes that had not been washed properly and also found that the cleaning charge quite high considering there were additional penalties for not emptying the dish washer and for any marks on the towels or sheets. Suggestion - maybe have a welcome pack with house rules instead of laminated notices in different rooms. The gardener turned up one afternoon to leaf blow and mow the lawns while one of our party was hoping to have a quiet day. Maybe he could do this on the change over day. Please don’t let this review put you off as the property was lovely, large grounds,quiet and close to the Camargue and mountain walks and historical towns and cities. Would recommend visiting a winery/vineyard and sampling their wines. Lots of restaurants catering for different cuisines and local individual shops. The market is well worth a visit with fruit, veg cheese breads etc street food and clothing stalls.
Would definitely recommend this property.
We had a wonderful time staying in Maussane and visiting many great places close by like Les Baux, Arles, St Remy de Provence, etc. The house was perfect for our family of 14 and the children loved the pool. The village is charming and has great restaurants. We highly recommend this house .

A unique property. Perfect for the 14 of us. Loved the outside table and pool.
It was in a perfect location. However. It was advertized as having air conditioning and only one room had it. The bedrooms had a little fan and we were hot. And one befroom didnt have any.

Le plus : avoir accès à des vélos. ( j'ai connu cette option en Espagne ).
Un poste TV plus grand en bas et pouvoir brancher son Ipad ( mes câbles hdmi n étaient pas acceptés).
Aller au dernier étage pour le grand écran n'est pas agréable et le wifi ne fonctionne pas.

Maison spacieuse et agréable
Maison spacieuse et agréable. Elle est située au centre du village ce qui permet d'éviter de prendre la voiture pour les courses ou boire un verre sur la place. Idem pour les départs de randonnée. Différents "spots" d'escalade se trouvent à proximité du village. Le parc du mas est très grand et les arbres y sont magnifiques. Très bel endroit.

Bis auf eine Gas-Panne hat alles super gepasst, das Haus ist perfekt für viele Leute eingerichtet, und hat sehr viel Charme.
Super tolles Haus inmitten von Maussane. Riesiger Garten, schöner Pool und das Haus ist super eingerichtet. Alles nötige Vorhanden. Problemlos Platz für 13 Erwachsene.

Sehr erholsam und komfortabel durch top Ausstattung und Lage. Toller Swimmingpool direkt am Haus, schöne Schlaf- und Aufenthaltsräume. Große Schattenspendende Bäume, mehrere Terrassen, Auswahl nach Schatten oder Sonne zu jeder Tageszeit möglich, der Boule-Platz sorgt für Abwechslung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Insgesamt tolle Infrastruktur

De grote zonnige tuin met fijne schaduw plekken en een heerlijk zwembad en veel rust. Ruime slaapkamers voor iedereen en voor de tieners een tv kamer met spelcomputer!
Midden in een dorpje met de franse bakker en de spar om de hoek.

Wir, 10 Erwachsene im Alter von 20 bis 57 Jahren, waren eine Woche in dem Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wunderschönes und gemütliches Haus mit parkähnlichem Garten und Pool, Boulebahn und vielem mehr, 2 Gehminuten zum Zentrum mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, trotzdem absolut ruhig gelegen. Die vielen Aktivitäten, die in der näheren Umgebung ohne großen Aufwand möglich sind, (Klettern, Wandern, Radfahren, Markttage, etc), lassen kaum Zeit, das Ferienhaus mit Garten und Pool mal für einen ganzen Tag zu genießen, was fast schade ist. Denn es lässt sich bestens entspannen. Super ausgestattete Küche, alle Zimmer, im Besonderen das Wohnzimmer, sehr gemütlich mit Flair, auch wegen des großen offenen Kamins. Holz kann im Garten gesammelt werden. Die Dame bei der Schlüsselübergabe hat nur französisch gesprochen. Das Gelände eignet sich hervorragend für Hunde, da es sehr groß ist und komplett eingezäunt.
Die Kaution konnte lediglich wieder mit französischem Barcheck oder per Kreditkarte hinterlegt werden. Dies wurde nicht wie üblich als Sicherheit reserviert, sondern der gesamte Betrag wurde der Kreditkarte belastet und nach dem Aufenthalt zeitnah rückerstattet. Leider kann in der gesamten Umgebung Restmüll und Plastikmüll nicht entsprechend entsorgt werden. Die Entsorgung des Mülls kostet über die Agentur 35 EUR. Wenn man das weiß findet man eine Lösung und es tut dem Charme und der Gemütlichkeit keinen Abbruch. Alles in allem eine rundum super tolle Woche. Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

Il faudra envisager une "modernisation" du mobilier plutôt vieillot dans les.chambres, et prévoir également prises de courant et lampes de chevet.
Une antenne TV serait la bienvenue pour pouvoir respecter la liste des prestations annoncées sur le site.
De belles randonnées faciles d'accès nous ont enchantés.
La propriété se situe dans un grand et magnifique jardin avec piscine près du centre de Maussane-les-Alpilles. Donc proximité des commerces, de la pharmacie, des restaurants et même des médecins. La maison est grande, chaque chambre a une salle de bain, possibilité de faire une grillade en toute sécurité sur place, piscine bien entretenue etc.
On nous a demandé de payer à part la location et le nettoyage un supplément pour l'électricité, près de 75.-€. Poubelles vidées le mardi et jeudi. Les déchets des derniers jours vendredi et samedi doivent être conduits à quelques rues dans des bennes ce qui n'est pas très évident.
Maussane est idéalement situé pour visiter des jolies villes: Arles, Saint Rémy etc, des bâtiments extraordinaires comme Glanum, Saint Trophime à Arles, Mont Majour, des attractions comme les carrières de Lumières. Bref, la famille a vraiment apprécié le séjour dans cette belle propriété bien gérée.

Leider sprach die Dame bei der Schlüsselübergabe nur französisch. Wir wurden unter anderem darauf hingewiesen, dass wir die Mülltonnen (Verpackung, Restmüll) an den entsprechenden Tagen zur Straße stellen sollten. Natürlich waren die Abholtermine nicht unmittelbar vor der Abreise, so dass die Tonnen bei der Abreise nicht leer waren. Für die Entsorgung des an den restlichen Tagen angefallenen Mülls wurde uns im Nachhinein ein nicht unerheblicher Betrag der Kaution einbehalten, zusätzlich zur vorab bezahlten verhältnismäßig hohen Reinigungsgebühr. Die Kaution konnte lediglich mit französischem Barcheck oder per Kreditkarte hinterlegt werden. Dies wurde nicht wie üblich lediglich als Sicherheit reserviert, sondern der gesamte Betrag wurde der Kreditkarte belastet.
Nach einer wunderschönen Woche ärgerlicher Makel.
Sehr schön gelegenes, ruhiges Haus, toller Garten, sehr gutes Schwimmbad. Unbequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen. Außerdem hat mich sehr gestört, dass wir die Stromkosten extra bezahlen mussten.
In der Online- Beschreibung stand, es gäbe eine Tassimo-Kaffeemaschine. Vor Ort war dann eine Kapselmaschine, also hatten wir ganz viele Tassimo-Kapseln umsonst gekauft. Ärgerlich bei dem Preis.
