"Great place to stay for a night or two. Perfectly located for mountain biking or hiking. Nice room (we had the "Notik" premium room). Great restaurant, with a quite unusual "basin" where you can enjoy a drink sitting on a adirondack chair with the feet in the water. Great way to end up a mountain biking ride or hike! The restaurant has a great menu (including house-made blood sausage, which is not common) with reasonable prices, although portions are on the smaller side."

"Check in was supposed to be available at 4 PM, Linda was away when I arrived, and her husband had to track her down to find out where to put me. I had requested the breakfast and when Linda came home later last evening, she took great care to write down absolutely everything and we agreed for it to be at 8 o’clock because I had 600+ kilometres to drive. At 8:15 breakfast still hadn’t shown up and I walked around the house, knocking on all the doors and ringing the bells and phoning the phone...

"Very private, very clean. The location is great - enough solitude but close to the city. It is very attractively furnished. I loved the stream nearby. The kitchen is very well equipped. A queen sized bed would make it perfect. "
