"Love staying here and always enjoy my visit! My only concern this time is that the hot water heater for tea/coffee in the room was very old and was shedding plastic inside the pot when water was heated. That urgently needs to be replaced!"

"Would stay at Vaya resort again! The property is stunning and the staff is exceptional. Claudia at the Tiroler Hütte was very nice and the massage therapist Carla was also exceptional. Front desk personnel was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast spread was amazing and the numerous restaurants nearby was definitely a bonus! "

Breakfast was incredible, the restaurants were amazing, the hotel was gorgeous, the spa was other-worldly, and the staff did everything in their power to make sure I had everything I could have needed.
