"Outrigger is in a prime location. The beach was beautiful and not crowded with incredible snorkeling right off Black Rock. It offers several great dining options that were honestly better and more affordable than any meal we had in Whaler’s Village. The staff and cultural experiences make this property unique and special. We had been warned prior to our trip that tourists are not welcome in Hawaii, but our experience was the exact opposite. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, especially to our children. The resort was laid back and not overcrowded compared to neighboring resorts."
