"This was a hugely disappointing stay. We had spent two nights on the other side of the river on our way down through France and had hoped for better things. Our experience was that we were 'end of season', that staff had lost interest in their guests. We had a very matter of fact welcome and from then on may as well not have been in the hotel. "Overall it is close to be really good. Some annoyances thought: - checkout the room by 10a doesn't allow to enjoy the pool a lot on the morning of the leave - no TV in the cottage, which was not clear at the time of booking - some molded walls in the entry room of the cottage - feels like being in a bunker... - no kids menu (like pasta, french fries, etc...)"
