"The property was decent. The front lobby is nice. There is a pool and games for people to play. There was a great outdoor space for people to grill and hangout. The breakfast was fair. Fruit, cereal and microwave able items in the refrigerator. The rooms were a bit dated and the beds were less than desirable. The staff was helpful and nice. You get what you pay for."

"Everything in town is walking distance. You have a full kitchen with everything to cook with full-size refrigerator. It’s like a little apartment. My only complaint is the bed is a little hard, but I’m used to a super soft bed at home. I love this place and I stay here every time I am visiting Ferndale"
