"The location was really close to the airport, which was great for early flights. The facility was updated and clean. The staff was very friendly and checked me in quickly. My only complaints are the parking pass process. The have a 3rd party online vender handling the parking. I was charged twice and threatened with a $54 dollar late payment fee via text. My second complaint is that the bathroom door is a sliding door so you don’t get full privacy, there’s a crack that others in the room can see through. I see this a lot more now in hotels but it’s a problem when sharing the room with others such as kids. Not to mention everyone can hear your business. "

"I had to sign a bunch of paperwork regarding the rules. Then 2 days later the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate the building at 1:30 am. Come to find out the reason for the fire department and police being notified was because some ignorant pieces of crap were smoking marijuana and partying in their room. No apologies given and the guy at the front desk could care less about any of us in the freezing cold weather. Never going back again. "

"If check in is at 4 maybe consider having someone else at the desk as well. Had one older lady, tending to four different customers, all by herself.I felt so bad for her"

"Pleasant day and also got up extremely early and they got me to the airport on time in the extremely intense time for the airports"

"Clean room , food good. I had a problem with a dog barking all 3 nights of our stay until 3am was very disappointed ☹️"

"Staff was nice. Parking was easy. Shopping nearby. Matience arrive quickly when toilet overflow. But was not happy at all when a live cockroach was found climbing up the bathroom wall. Bed was uncomfortable ."
