AC didn't work in room and I didn't get moved into a different room because they stated they were sold out. Complimentary breakfast consisted of bagels, muffins and cereal, yet we weren't able to eat because they ran out of bagels and informed us that their truck didn't come in until Thursday.

The property is just dirty and outdated. Room toilet didn't work, moved to a new room and the bathroom sink didn't work. They are short staffed, so don't expect to check into your room on time.

Plumbing issue in both shower/sink, phone slipped in sink mid flex, only reason to mention. Room service knocked on my door 3 different times between 10 am and 1130 , waking me up or while showering , excessive (they hand you print out with various check out times at checkin) .no issues other wise, looks under renovation and will look nice /new.

I had 2 rooms booked and one had no microwave or fridge and the tv didn’t work. There was no maintenance available and we were told nothing could be done about it and if we wanted to leave we could get a refund. It was New Years Eve and no other rooms were available so I had to check out and find somewhere to go before midnight. I had another adult and 2 children with me. Very disastrous.

Unprofessional and Rude Management.

The stay was average. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. The receptionist and management can use some training in customer service. Both were rude and unaccommodating. Customer service goes a long way. Because of the unprofessional service, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

I truly enjoyed my stay. My room was missing the shower curtain but they quickly replaced it without a problem. The continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices.
