Clean and modern villa in matera
The place looks very like the pictures. Clean abd modern in a quiet part of town
Giuseppe is very nice and responsive (although responsive via WhatsApp could be better)
Note that the place does not have a washing machine and only 3 bathrooms (it is listed with 5)
There is no ac in the common space and it can get quite hot in August but other than that everything was perfect.

Très belle maison qui était entièrement louée pour nous. Beaucoup de chambres pour tous.
Très bel accueil.
Seulement 15 minutes du centre ville de Matera.
On aurait aimé en profiter plus longtemps.

Giuseppe ci ha accolto con garbo e cortesia.
La villa ha un'ottima posizione. Ottima la pulizia.
La permanenza di due notti, con amici è stata veramente ottima.
