Everything was great but as a big person I found the bathrooms a bit small hard to move around and to turn on the shower.

Lovely clean room, location central to city, plenty of car parks. Value for money.

Great customer service at reception, very accommodating. the only improvement i could think of is lack of tissue box in the apartment.

The room felt outdated and had crums in the couches. The photos seemed like they where from when it first opened so wear and tear didnt show until you arrived there. The lawns where only mowed by the trampoline and BBQ but left over grown (knee height) by the swings and in all the garden beds weeds where growing & on your way to the pool grass was really overgrown which made you question if your going the right way. The Pool room itself was ok, but pool maintenance could be better. Green goo on the sides and floor (say geothermic pool but will have to question that cause it didnt feel or smell like one). Staff where lovely though & beds were comfy.
