O hotel é muito bonito, mas só isso. O conforto do apartamento deixa a desejar, a cama de casal é minúscula e não proporciona conforto algum. O banheiro do apartamento possui uma divisão de vidro junto ao quarto, o que tira toda a privacidade de quem está utilizando e incomodando quem está no quarto. A cordialidade da equipe do hotel em geral é zero, a impressão que dá é os funcionários não são felizes com a empresa que trabalham ou então, são muito mal instruídos sobre o bom atendimento. O serviço de All Inclusive também é fraco deixa a desejar, principalmente nos horários fora das refeições principais. Enfim, existem outras opções de hoteis com All Inclusive bem mais em conta que oferecerem um serviço bem melhor. Particularmente eu não retornarei o Grand Palladium e também nunca indicarei a outras pessoas.

A limpeza dos quarto deixou a desejar. Saiamos para a praia antes das 10h e quando retornávamos às 15h a arrumação do quarto não tinha sido feita. Tínhamos que ligar várias vezes para a recepção pedindo que mandassem alguém. O atendimento da recepção também foi ruim. No dia da nossa saída, como nosso quarto era bem afastado da recepção e como foi especificado no documento que recebemos do hotel, solicitamos com uma hora e meia de antecedência que nossa bagagem fosse recolhida. Faltando 45 minutos para nossa saída nossa bagagem continuava no quarto. Ligamos novamente para a recepção reclamando, mas na hora da nossa saída as malas ainda não tinham sido retiradas do quarto. Ao abordarmos o funcionário responsável, ele alegou que não tinha recebido nenhum recado da recepção para o recolhimento das malas.

Dias bem aproveitados! Grand Paladium Imbassai é uma excelente escolha! Muitos pontos positivos: comida, instalações e staffs atenciosos e prestativos: a concierge Juliana foi impecável. Não registro pontos negativos, apenas ressalvas que, talvez, não encaixem nas expectativas e necessidades individuais: O resort é enorme; portanto, recebe, simultaneamente,muitos hóspedes e demanda deslocamentos. Há transporte para a praia, mas o acesso é difícil para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Ah, não sei se é comum a todas unidades, mas a área de banho dos apartamentos contam com uma banheira que, no meu ponto de vista, além de ser inviável para idosos ou mobilidade reduzida, compromete a segurança (melhor verificar se há alojamentos sem banheira). O mar é "nervoso" com presença de caravelas (águas vivas), mas a faixa de areia é ampla que favorece caminhadas.

Resort Maravilhoso próximo à Praia do Forte

Foi minha primeira vez no Grand Palladium Imbassaí. Eu já conhecia outros resorts na região, mas esse foi uma grata surpresa! Atendimento maravilhoso, desde o ágil check in. Durante toda a estadia eu tive um anjo da guarda, a Juliana, minha "personal concierge". Sim, o hóspede sabe desde antes do check quem será responsável por sua estadia no concierge do hotel. Qualquer demanda que eu tinha, a Juliana prontamente resolvia para mim!!! As instalações do hotel são maravilhosas, a comida é boa, variada, muito farta e os horários de café da manhã, almoço e jantar são super extensos. Bares muito bons, com drinks diversos e cervejas Heineken e Amstel. A estrutura de piscinas e lazer é grande, bonita e muito bem cuidada. Destaque especial para o espaço fitness, provavelmente o maior e mais completo dos resorts que já estive. E com bons instrutores! Limpeza impecável em todo o hotel. Recomendo fortemente o Grand Palladium Imbassaí. Um resort perfeito para famílias, casais, ou mesmo para quem queira descansar sozinho, como eu fiz.

Dias muito agradáveis no Grand Palladium, quarto muito espaçoso, bem completo, com ferro e tabua de passar roupa, comida boa, variedade de bebidas. Restaurantes temáticos muito bom. Colaboradores muito atenciosos. A limpeza dos quartos que poderia melhorar um pouco, mas nada que prejudique ou atrapalhe a estadia. É só fazer uma solicitação que imediatamente eles nos atendiam. Fui muito bem atendida desde o início da reserva. A sra Juliana concierge foi de fundamental importância para que tudo saísse como eu esperava. Ela me ajudou em tudo e isso fez toda a diferença. Atendimento ímpar! Gostei muito de tudo. Só achei um pouco sem comunicação o atendimento da recepção Eu pedia algo e demorava chegar no quarto ou pedia de um jeito e faziam o oposto (tipo não interfone para trazer o papel da lavanderia deixe debaixo da porta e de repente eles batendo na porta ou interfonando e isso acordou minha mãe que dormia no momento. E no último dia teve um barulho insuportável no andar de cima arrastacao cama gente que parecia estar pulando nas camas já era mais de 2am. Mas fora isso não tenho o que reclamar. Gostei de tudo menos da Agua gelada das piscinas
