It was in a great location for us-1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to two grocery stores, 10 min walk to lots of restraints and shopping, 15 min walk to the train at Nice-Ville. There are three awesome bakeries next door or close by. The house was exactly as advertised. Everything was great. No issues at all and Andrea was great to deal with. "

"We werden welkom geheten door Yann,een zeer vriendelijke gastheer. Hij heeft ons een rondleiding gegeven door het mooie huis. Twee keer in de week komt hij langs voor onderhoud van het zwembad. Als er iets was, was hij beschikbaar, we hoefden maar te bellen. Enig puntje van aandacht: in de douche en keuken zijn sommige voegen/ afkitranden aan vervanging toe. Dit zou het geheel meteen een stuk opfrissen. Dit is echter niet bedoeld als kritiek want we hebben genoten van het huis en de omgeving....
