"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement, plein de charme et idéalement situé en plein centre d’Annecy. La gare, le lac et tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes, ce qui nous a permis de ne pas utiliser notre voiture pendant toute la semaine : un vrai bonheur !Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié que le linge de lit et de toilette soit fourni et que les lits soient faits à notre arrivée. "The cows and their bells when they are around are a dream. The big balcony is top, not only for eating but also for exercising with the yoga math. Also many possibilities for walks, excursions, good local products. Really nice nature (trees,rocks, flowers) and landscapes in the region. "Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. "

It was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day. "I stayed with my three college aged children. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Living room furniture seemed a little tired looking but linens were fresh and clean, bathroom was great and having a washing machine was a big bonus! It was quite hot the weekend we were there. I would suggest making fans available to guests since there was no air conditioning. Quick walk from train station and close to everything!! Highly recommend!"

"The kitchen, bathroom and all fixtures of the apoartment are good. The apartment is let down by a number of minor- easy to recify- items.There is no dining table and chairs- you have to eat at breakfast bar with high stools. There are no bedside tables for lamps etc. There is no coffee table,The apartment would be revolutionised if the owners spect Euro 600 on furniture.I would still recommend the apartment, Great location with a great view."
