"The King and Prince Resort has a beautiful setting and in many ways is quite charming, especially the swimming pool area and the beach views. There just seems to be a lack of attention to detail with the property, such as black mold around the bathroom sink and dirt in corners. This may be picky, but when there is a sign in the room that bottled water will be replenished daily and it isn't, it was just another sign that the staff isn't paying attention."

"Perfect place for a Daddy/Daughter get away even with the weather not being ideal! Easy bike ride to grocery store, shopping, restaurants, the lighthouse, putt-putt and pier!"

"Ocean Inn and Suites in St. Simon’s is a great place to stay. It’s clean, quiet, comfy beds and pillows. Room is large. It’s in a great location. Walk to restaurants, shops, pier, beach. It is going thru a major renovation now however our stay was fine. They don’t serve much for breakfast but the muffins are the best I’ve ever eaten. Parking is tight however you can park out on street. "

"So glad we chose this property since it turned chilly while we were visiting so the heated pool was a great bonus! The hot tub was great as well. I enjoyed it being a smaller complex, at times our family at the pool all to ourselves. The unit was great, Chuck was very responsive and check in was simple. I also enjoyed that there was covered parking. Great property with easy access to the beach!"

Property could use some updates. Pool area was decent. I requested an early check in which was accommodated by staff without any problems. "
