"Villa Claudia was beautiful beyond words. Every little detail was perfect. Claudia stocked food for us, gave us detailed information about the area. We loved the hot tub overlooking the Bay of Naples. Property is up the hill from Sorrento, close to Pompeii and Amalfi Coast. The drive there is a bit scary on some windy roads, but once you get there it is sublime. We were family of 5 and plenty of room. Very comfortable pull out couch as extra bed. Highly recommend"

"This is a beautiful home situated in a picturesque area. The host is very kind and helpful - felt like family away from home. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place for you! "A great villa, well positioned with commanding views of the bay and beyond. Ample space for 8 people, a great BBQ and good pool. Access is challenging, a small car is advisable for visits to attractions and supermarkets but large cars require a very competent and brave driver. We stayed for a week for a family celebration and the concierge Giada Greco was excellent from initial booking through to our departure, helping to facilitate a very enjoyable week.The reason I have given only 4 out of 5...

"Can’t say enough positive things about Barone. Staff were attentive but gave you privacy. Food was delicious as was the cooking class. Hotel to Sorrento shuttle a huge asset and we never felt stranded at all, you do not need a car. Plenty to in the area or just relax by the pool all day. You will not be disappointed."
