On the ground floor it is equipped with a large entrance hall with a living room of approximately 100 m2 and a panoramic terrace, satellite TV, equipped kitchen, laundry room and bathroom with shower, then going up the characteristic stairs of this house we can find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, divided as follows: large corridor for access to the second terrace, first double bedroom with window overlooking the sea and the island of Capri and French windows for access to the terrace, second double bedroom with balcony also with access to the terrace on Capri, and finally third bedroom with single bed with window overlooking the mountain and parking... The house is characterized by its historic and ancient style, an isolated and quiet place on the Sorrento peninsula. The villa boasts a private entrance with ample space for car parking, has free wifi, sheets and everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the wonderful coast available for guests! You will be enchanted by the red sunsets over the sea in front of the house.
The property is accessed via a small road among the olive trees, followed by private parking for the car.
You can take advantage of a large outdoor patio blessed by the sun to relax in the quiet of the Sorrento peninsula.
You will also have at your disposal a large terrace where you can have breakfast or enjoy a sunset over Capri.
For everything you need you will find us at check-in, we will be at your disposal.
