Villa Jeranto on the sea with infinty pool

Villa Jeranto is a luxurious villa overlooking the crystal-clear waters of Marina del Cantone, a small ancient fishing village today has instead become a very famous tourist destination thanks to its beaches and renowned restaurants such as La Taverna del Capitano, Le Sirenee, Lo Scoglio and the beach club La Conca del Sogno in Recommone bay, a favorite destination of many VIPs.



The villa of about 200 square meters is spread over two floors and thanks to its panoramic terraces, the private descent to the sea through a private funicular makes this luxurious villa unique. Villa Jeranto is equipped with a modern system of air conditioning, heating, an internal lift and a powerful wi-fi system.



It is not necessary to have a car to stay at Villa Jeranto, but if you arrive by car you can park it in the private parking inside the gate.

The rooms of the villa can be reached directly from the parking area with a private lift or via an external staircase of about 30 steps.



On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.



The first bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a double bed and a single bed, a Tv sat, a minibar, a safe, heating and air conditioning. The bathroom has a courtesy set, a washbasin, a toilet, stall shower and hairdryer. The bedroom has also a spacious balcony with and amazing view of Li Galli Island.



The second bedroom has a double bed, a single bed with an extra pull-out bed, a Tv Sat, a mini bar a safe, heating and air conditioning. The bathroom has a dedicated courtesy set, a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and hairdryer. The bedroom has also a spacious balcony with and amazing sea view.



The third bedroom with terrace has a double bed, a minibar, a safe, heating and air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and hairdryer and a courtesy set. The bedroom has also a spacious balcony with and amazing sea view.



On the ground floor, reachable by lift or an external staircase, there is a bright and panoramic living room with elegant and comfortable sofas, a satellite TV, a dining area with a table and chairs, from the living room you have direct access to a panoramic terrace overlooking the infinity pool, the terrace decorated with flower beds is equipped with various outdoor furniture such as a sitting room and a dining area, here you will find also a pizza oven and a brick barbeque.



Still on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a wine cellar, an ice maker, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and other appliances you will may need during your stay.



The fourth bedroom is very spacious and bright, it has a double bed, flat screen sat tv air conditioning and heating. The ensuite bathroom has a toilet, a washbasin, a shower, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The bedroom has large terrace with an amazing sea view.



On the same floor there is a guest bathroom with washbasin and toilet; a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is available is at guest’s disposal.

The whole property is surrounded by spacious and completely equipped terrace with outdoor furniture and a well-kept garden divided into different loggia that reaches the sea



The infinity pool is 3.90 meters wide, 9 meters long and 1.20 to 1.70 meters deep, is located on a sea view terrace, with panoramic seating, also has hydro-massage seats and is the perfect place to relax while admiring the bay and Li Galli Island.



The entire villa is furnished with style and with high quality materials, there are also two cots and two high chairs available



Villa Jeranto has also a dependence reachable from the parking with lift and it has two bedrooms one double and one with two single beds, both rooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower.



Private boat, private driver, chef, pizza chef and other services are available on request.



The rates include:

- House cleaning every day (5 hours a day), use of swimming pool and garden maintenance (except on Sundays);

- Daily change of bath towels, change of pool towels and bed linens twice a week;

- Final cleaning;

- Continental breakfast with self-catering service (fresh bread, fresh croissants, biscuits, pastries, seasonal fruit, yoghurt, butter, orange juice, jam, honey, coffee).

Rental Rules:

A 50% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 90 days prior to the arrival date.
