"La experiencia en este alojamiento fue de 10. Gaetano, el propietario del alojamiento es muy atento y si tienes alguna duda o problema en cuanto pueda te lo va a solucionar o a echar una mano. El único problema que tiene este hotel es la ubicación. Desde Sorrento son 40-45 minutos andando por pendientes muy inclinadas. Es cierto que hay mas medios para llegar como buses (aunque el ultimo que sube sale de Sorrento a las 18:30 y ya que vas a ver Sorrento no te vas a subir tan pronto) o un taxi...

"My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. We had a junior suite with a balcony overlooking the main town square. The location could not be better. It’s close to lots of shops and restaurants and not far from the train station. We were able to easily catch the Circumvesuviana to Pompeii for a tour and pull our bags for the short walk to the station to return to Naples. "Luigi was a great host, he gave us many suggestions for food etc and the recommendations he gave turned out to be fabulous. Location is excellent, walkable to everything. Maria was a great hostess for breakfast, kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms are clean and well decorated. "The room provided was comfortable and very clean. The property feels safe. Most of the day we were outside visiting the town or in a tour so if you need a room where you can rest and enjoy a quick breakfast, this place is perfect. Francesco at reception was very polite and helpful with Sorrento details. Also, the location is very close to Sant' Agnello station, a few minutes walk and from there you can take train to Sorrento or Pompeii. Great place for a quick stay and quiet rooms."

"The grounds of this hotel are amazing! Beautiful terraces and perfectly manicured Gardens. A great place to view the sunset and enjoy an evening glass of wine. A 20 minute walk to Sorrento or 12 minute walk to train station made location perfect for us. The room is basic but clean. We would have loved a small refrigerator."

"My stay was amazing! The check in was perfect, the service was impeccable and the location was central to day trips up Almafi and quick access to Sorrento. If you are driving around town, check your route. I used GPS and it sent me down a traverse and it was narrow even for Italy and had traffic in both directions. I scratched my car. There is an alternate route into Sorrento that is equal travel time. Nothing to do with hotel but worth noting. "
