We highly recommend making a 20 minute drive to the Hext Trading Post in Menard for some great burgers and enjoyable conversation and don't forget breakfast at the Willow Creek Cafe. The perfect ending to our stay was the deer in the yard the next morning. "

"I was in Llano for the Crawfish Open. Needed a clean room with good a/c and a hot shower. Didn't spend a lot of time there but it was just what I needed. They are currently doing some renovations/updates so I expect it will be even better next year. Not a luxury hotel but a good base from which to explore this neat little city. "

"We enjoyed a night stay in Abby May. The dedicated toilet and outside shower was nice. Had a great sunset view. Definitely would recommend and try getting the larger trailers if you can. Would had stayed another evening if we had time, which nightly cost would be cheaper with the cleaning fee. Close to Enchanted Rock and Fredericksburg."
