"This hotel is a breathtaking nature retreat that feels like a hidden paradise, completely surrounded by a lush, vibrant green jungle. The architecture and decor are stunningly beautiful, blending seamlessly with the natural landscape. My room and private pool were absolutely everything I hoped for, offering a private, pristine sanctuary to relax in. The staff was amazing, and the included breakfast was delicious and a great highlight every morning. It feels incredibly peaceful and secluded, yet it is still highly accessible to downtown Ubud and major activities by taxi. The only minor downside is the lack of a gym or on-site amenities other than the pool, but the pool itself is so beautiful that you won't even miss them. It was a flawless, magical stay!"

"If I could rate this hotel 6 stars out 5 I absolutely would, I genuinely can’t think of a better hotel in Bali than the Kayon Jungle Resort.. I’ve stayed here three times now and the one thing that keeps me coming back time and time again is the staff.. When you walk in, you literally feel like royalty.. Everyone is just so kind and genuine and you really feel like you’ve become part of their Balinese family throughout your time here.. I loved it so much that I even booked another stay here next year.. The pool bar and surrounding area literally feels like it’s been taken out of a painting with each of the pools flowing into the one below, it resembles a rice terrace field and gives a striking visual which is one of the reasons the resort has become so popular on Instagram and TikTok.. They really knew what they were doing when designing this place and it screams luxury! I can’t wait to see you all again next May! 🙏"

Everything was wonderful—from the warm and attentive hotel staff to the beautiful guest rooms, facilities, pool, spa experience, food, and entertainment. I even had the opportunity to experience the care of the doctor and nurse on call, who were both wonderful and made me feel very well taken care of. A special thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond to make my friend’s birthday feel even more special. Those thoughtful touches truly meant so much to us and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for another amazing experience. "Everything was almost perfect there! Staff welcoming, gave suggestions of places to go, gave me a charger to use everyday because I was unaware of the outlet difference, cleaned room everyday! I came in to my flower bath ready and a beautifully made bed with happy birthday on it. I loved my private pool villa! Only thing I had an issue with was the WiFi not connecting, and my bed didn’t seem freshly cleaned. The pillows smelled like someone just left and nothing washed, one of the towels had makeup or something on it very visible. The views were amazing! They provided transportation and all! I would book again"

"Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. If you are looking for something off the beaten track, with peace, tranquillity, and amazing Balinese hospitality, this is your place. I stayed in a villa with a private pool, which was very well appointed, full of light and sunshine, and overlooking the jungle trees and nature. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to my every request. I even enjoyed a beautiful floating breakfast in my private pool, which made the experience feel extra special. The food was delicious, and the views of Mount Batur were absolutely stunning. I also used the spa for a Balinese massage, and it was pure bliss. It was so refreshing to enjoy such a serene atmosphere with no crowds of tourists, yet still be within easy reach of Ubud and Kintamani. Highly recommended—I can’t wait to be back again!"

"It's a very atmospheric place, and I don't regret staying there overnight. I can recommend it, but understand that this is a house in the countryside and there might be small insects in the room. The grounds are excellent, green and beautiful, with two parking lots, but they're small. The restaurant is tasty and fast. The specialty is the average portions. Breakfast is okay. The rooms are nice, plenty of space, and the toilets are decent. There were a few complaints about the bathroom. Cons: average soundproofing, creaky beds. Small insects are possible, but there are remedies for them. Perhaps the main issue is the very loud sound of cicadas, really loud and impossible to do anything about. They quiet down around midnight. There is a pool in the room, but the water is cold (for me)."
