Welcome to Stølsheimen, a great mountainous area with wild nature and plenty of good hiking routes. This charming cabin is located close to the lake where you can go fishing, but there may be even more fish up in the mountain lakes. There is a big covered terrace where you on warm summer days can enjoy the great view while preparing today's fish catch on the grill. This mountainous area is known for its nice colorful autumn time, attracting photographers from all parts of Norway. Approx. 4 km from the cabin you find Stordalen Fjellstove with a restaurant and fishing licence sales. We recommend a road trip along the Sognefjord, Norway's largest and deepest fjord, where you can visit several charming fjord townships.
