What a great property and location. We rented the home as our daughter was graduating from SUNY Oneonta. The home was as described, great furniture and beds and had tons of amenities to make for a great home away from home. Convenient to get to Oneonta and Cooperstown. The area is peaceful and the lake was so nice and relaxing!

Great Spring Vacation
Great stay ! We enjoyed the house and outdoors! My son caught 2 small mouth bass and my dog loved swimming in the lake! We made lots of memories. Beds are super comfortable and we all had great night sleep.

Reconnecting with friends
The house was perfect. Myself and 4 other girlfriends got together to hang out and catch up. The beautiful scenery made it easy to relax. The windows out to the lake were beautiful and we even got the bonus of some fall foliage. Overall a great place and just what we needed. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the kayaks due to the rain. The kitchen and living were perfect for us all to hang out comfortably. We would certainly stay here again.

Great baseball stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The kids enjoyed swimming/kayaking in the lake and we were very close to All Star Village for our son’s baseball tournament. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful; wish we had more time!
The lake view and home are beautiful and very clean. We had games in Cooperstown all week so sadly we didn't have much time to enjoy. We would like to come back and spend more time on the water.

Amazing lake house
My family and I visited the lake house, and my son played baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park. We had a fantastic time, the house was clean and as advertised. The pictures can’t capture the beauty of the location. My family and I really enjoyed swimming and kayaking in the lake. Coffee looking through the picture windows is an amazing way to start the day. Also, enjoy the many great local places to eat and drink. Our favorites were Ommegang brewery and Coopers barn. Amazing lake house!

We really enjoyed spending a week in this beautiful setting. We had a busy week while staying there, so it was really nice to come back to the peace and quiet it provided. The kids loved swimming there too.

The house was very clean, had a great layout, and was perfect for our mini vaca! Our host was so quick at responding to my questions and was very helpful! The beds were super comfy too! The location was perfect, and had a great kayak launch and swim area just a short walk down from the house! We had such a great time! Thank you!

Baseball Hall of Fame
Beautiful lake house! The view is gorgeous with tranquil surroundings. The house is well maintained, organized, very clean and provides lots of amenities. Our boys enjoyed fishing and kayaking off the dock. We visited the Baseball Hall of Fame, Cooperstown Cheese Company and Ommegang Brewery. We could not have been more pleased with our stay! Quiet, clean, lovely place to relax and enjoy the view.

Great vacation home

This house has an amazing view and close to a small/ short hiking spot. The house was clean and everything advertised. A little off the beat and path but was just what we needed for the weekend. Would definitely stay here again the next time we go to Cooperstown.

me and my family went for a weekend getaway for my sons birthday,we had a amazing time pictures do not do it justice everything was clean and even had two kayaks for the lake we look forward to coming back in the future.....PS my son said it was his best birthday ever!
