"Coffee maker was broken. It took several attempts before it would function. What irritated me was staff saying they would look at it only for them to come back to me suggesting I failed to add water. That's insulting. I had debated using the spa tub but it was disgusting. Reported that to staff for them to tell me it had just been cleaned yesterday. The algae was well set on the bottom indicating it hadn't been cleaned in a while. 4 days later it was still untouched. Consider the Hampton Inn...
