We arrived at this one bedroom house in Martinsville on Wednesday May 13th. Not Tuesday May 12th. Okay so I only have 1500 words I can put on here I was going to write a novel. Abandoned cars two of them, a poorly kept yard, weeds growing through the upper porch that is 10 ft off the ground. A problem with the smoke detector. No table or chairs in the kitchen all kinds of cooking stuff yet no coffee pot we had to go buy one. Bathroom has a washer dryer towels furnished we did not use but one the hand towel. The living room has a large couch which is fairly comfortable no table to put a drink or snacks on the overhead fan was broken. The bedroom was fine I believe the bed is probably new. The knives forks and spoons were recently opened before we got there with the plastic wrap around them from Walmart still attached to it so no silver had been washed. There is a microwave which we used to warm our muffins with coffee but then again no place to sit and have coffee and no table in the living room which made it even more difficult to enjoy a morning breakfast. I want to add that the owner or the host was very good he did the best he could from I believe in New York to help us out in any way he could which included opening the door because the key code did not work. Even when he changed the code it still did not work for us. We kept the door ajar the whole time we were there. We decided to leave on Friday the 15th instead of Saturday because the toilet was acting up .
